James Comey Slams Fox News For Canceling On Him After Release Of IG Report: ‘They Must’ve Read It’

Former FBI Director James Comey told MSNBC’s Nicolle Wallace on Monday that he had booked a spot on Fox News but was told it was canceled shortly after the Inspector General released his report that vindicated the FBI.

“I offered to go on Fox & Friends to answer all questions,” Comey said on Monday.

“I can’t change their viewers on Donald Trump but hoped to give them some actual facts about the FBI,” he explained.

“They booked me for tomorrow at 8 am. They just canceled (sic). Must have read the report,” he suggested.

Comey also told his Twitter followers about the exchange between him and Fox News:
